"In the old part of Amsterdam you find these kinds of public toilets. They're only for men. :-) After the weekend it's best to avoid these places as the smell considerably.

From the inside. It's not a ladylike place but if one has to go .......
I didn't want to leave Nikki and the camera alone, it's Amsterdam and they would be gone in a second.

An other typical thing for the center of Amsterdam are the so called "Amsterdammertjes".
These are iron poles everywhere in the city to prevent motorist parking on places where it's not allowed.
And believe me these are strong enough. :).
The 3 crosses are part of the Coat of Arms of Amsterdam (had to look that up in the dictionary :-))"
